Zameel (BTech, Dip. in LSCM, PMI Member & PMP Candidate), is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with 20 years of varied experience in oil & gas, projects, aviation, logistics and supply chain management industries. He is the CEO and co-founder of MAYZ Canada Inc.
Zameel started his professional career in India as a design engineer for a biomedical company. He then moved to the Middle East as a project engineer for a major oil & gas pipeline project. During his 16 years of experience in Qatar and Kuwait, he effectively directed multiple engineering disciplines such as planning, contracts, procurement, testing, and commissioning of projects. He was in-charge of leading a cross-functional team that rendered exceptional expertise in formulating quality manuals and procedures. He managed project startup requirements by collaborating with project management, engineering, and construction teams thereby ensuring safe and reliable operation of facilities.

Zameel later moved to Canada and completed a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He then transformed into an accomplished supply chain professional with talent for applying creative solutions to business challenges in a resourceful, organized and result oriented manner. Initially he was part of a warehouse management and operations team with a major trucking company. He then undertook a challenging role supporting business unit partners in the aviation industry in the acquisition of aircraft parts & tools, and maintaining inventory levels, while optimizing cost.

Shireen is a Human Resources Professional (BCom, MIB, CPHR Candidate Member) with over 17 years generalist experience. Shireen co-founded MAYZ Canada Inc. in 2022 with the aim to better utilize her passion in Human Resources Management. Her firm works with all industries based anywhere in Canada and hopes to expand internationally.
During her career, Shireen has practiced in all aspects of HR in different capacities including HR Officer, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator and HR Manager. She has worked in various industries such as IT, Engineering, Contracting, Oil & Gas, Immigrant Services and Community Health.
